1. Service
Sentryx Monitor helps teams monitor website uptime, SSL certificates, public endpoints, and external exposure. We may add, improve, or remove features as the product evolves, while keeping the core monitoring purpose intact.
2. Accounts and access
You are responsible for keeping your account, email login, and workspace access secure. Only add domains, endpoints, or assets that you own, manage, or are authorized to monitor.
3. Acceptable use
Do not use Sentryx Monitor for illegal activity, abuse, spam, unauthorized scanning, credential harvesting, or attempts to disrupt third-party systems. We may limit or suspend access if usage creates security, reliability, legal, or abuse risk.
4. Alerts and availability
Monitoring and alerts are designed to help your team respond faster, but they are not a guarantee that every incident will be detected or delivered instantly. You should keep your own operational processes, backups, and incident response paths.
5. Billing and plans
Free and paid plans may have different limits for monitors, scans, users, alert channels, and evidence retention. Paid subscriptions, invoices, cancellations, and refunds follow the plan terms shown during checkout or agreed in writing.
